Ce poste de cuisinier en milieu scolaire offre un cadre stable, bienveillant et structuré, idéal pour un professionnel souhaitant allier qualité du travail et équilibre personnel. Le cuisinier en milieu scolaire participe à la réalisation quotidienne de repas sains et équilibrés, dans le respect des normes d'hygiène et des valeurs éducatives de l'institution. L'environnement est calme, régulier et orienté vers la qualité plutôt que la cadence, offrant une atmosphère propice à un travail soigné.

Profil recherché -----------------

Les tâches incluent la préparation des repas pour les élèves et le personnel, le contrôle des marchandises, l'organisation du poste de travail et le maintien d'une hygiène irréprochable. Vous préparez une cuisine variée et adaptée, en respectant les grammages et les menus établis. Votre rôle exige autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation, afin d'assurer un service fiable chaque jour. Une formation culinaire reconnue et une expérience en restauration collective ou institutionnelle sont souhaitées. Le calme, la régularité et la capacité à travailler en horaire continu sont essentiels pour évoluer sereinement dans ce cadre scolaire.

Ce poste se distingue par des conditions particulièrement attractives, notamment quinze semaines de vacances annuelles, (dont dix non payées), en lien avec le calendrier scolaire.
