Faites partie de notre jeune équipe de cuisine créative ! Pour la prochaine saison d'hiver 26/27, nous recherchons un cuisinier ou une cuisinière engagé(e), passionné(e) par le plaisir de nos invités et prêt(e) à vivre avec nous des aventures gastronomiques passionnantes.

Notre profil

* Notre maison familiale au style rustique, avec charme et ambiance personnelle dans le style valaisan, propose un restaurant à la carte très fréquenté avec une clientèle internationale fidèle, situé dans un emplacement de premier choix. Le restaurant dispose de 60 places à l'intérieur et en hiver d'un bar après-ski ainsi que de 30 places en terrasse en été. Nous proposons également trois chambres doubles, dont les clients sont servis au petit-déjeuner le matin. Notre carte va des plats suisses simples aux créations de spécialités classiques, saisonnières et régionales, jusqu'au tartare de bœuf préparé à table et au chateaubriand. Nos clients exigeants et internationaux en hiver sont aussi les bienvenus que les randonneurs cherchant la détente en été. Notre offre est complétée par une large sélection de vins valaisans choisis. Notre équipe se compose de 15 personnes : deux à la direction, six en cuisine, deux gouvernantes/agents de buffet, quatre serveurs/serveuses et une polyvalente pour le service/buffet.

Votre profil

* Pour ces tâches, nous attendons de vous une formation achevée et plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle.

Une expérience, idéalement aussi dans un établissement à la carte plus important, est souhaitable. Vous parlez allemand et anglais. Le travail autonome, le plaisir dans le métier, une présentation soignée et propre ainsi que la flexibilité et la résistance au stress sont indispensables. Le sens du travail en équipe ainsi qu-une attitude orientée vers les clients et amicale sont bien entendu requis.
