  • Production en cuisine et take away
  • Gestion commandes frais et congelé
  • Gestion des pertes et déchets
  • Soutien son chef direct pour l'élaboration de la carte et des mets proposés
  • Application des normes HACCP
  • Assurer une qualité irréprochable de toutes les marchandises remises aux clients

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Bildung: Apprentissage professionnel achevé (AFP)
  • Spécialisation: cuisinier ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle: 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en restauration
  • Faire preuve d'un bon esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à anticiper et à gérer positivement les événements
  • Faire preuve de créativité et orienté solutions
  • Bonne gestion du stress
