Pour un établissement actif dans le domaine de la santé, de la médecine, des sciences alternatives et du social dans la région de Fribourg, nous recherchons un(e) cuisinier/-ère CFC motivé(e) et rigoureux/-se. Le poste s-inscrit dans un environnement où la qualité nutritionnelle, l-hygiène et le respect des régimes spécifiques des patient(e)s et résident(e)s occupent une place centrale. Vous collaborez avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires afin de garantir une offre de restauration adaptée aux besoins de la clientèle, en tenant compte des directives du corps médical et des contraintes organisationnelles. Cette fonction requiert un sens prononcé des responsabilités, une grande autonomie ainsi qu-une capacité à travailler dans un cadre réglementé propre au secteur de la santé.

Responsabilités

  • Préparer les repas en respectant les normes de qualité et de sécurité
  • Adapter les recettes en fonction des restrictions alimentaires des clients
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé à tout moment
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks et à la commande des ingrédients nécessaires

Profil

  • Cuisinier CFC ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience préalable en tant que cuisinier dans un milieu professionnel
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité alimentaire
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et en équipe
  • Flexibilité pour adapter les horaires de travail, y compris les week-ends
  • Être domicilié en Suisse
