Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordinieren und termingerechtes Abwickeln von internen sowie externen Bestellungen
  • Bearbeiten von Gutschriften und Lastschriften
  • Beantworten und Verwalten von Kundenanfragen
  • Überprüfen und Sicherstellen reibungsloser Bestellprozesse
  • Betreuen des Reklamations\- und Retourenmanagement
  • Pflegen und Verwalten von Daten in SAP sowie Erstellen von Auswertungen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder ähnliche
  • Von Vorteil MS\-Office\-, SAP\- und CRM\-Kenntnisse
  • Zahlenaffine, dienstleistungsorientierte und engagierte Teamplayerpersönlichkeit
  • Zuverlässige, effiziente, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe und analytische Denkweise
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher C2 / Englisch \& Italienisch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse B2\-C1 / ösisch: Kenntnisse ein Plus
