Du willst Cyber Security aktiv mitgestalten? IT mit Verantwortung: Als systemrelevante, öffentlich\-rechtliche IT\-Organisation betreibt der GICT zentrale IT\-Infrastrukturen für Gemeinden, Schulen, Betagtenzentren und weitere Kunden. Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit haben dabei höchste Priorität. Der Gemeindeverband ICT beschäftigt rund 36 Mitarbeitende.

Du willst

* verantwortlich sein für technische Security Controls und Detektions\-, Präventions\- und Schutzmechanismen * Anlaufstelle sein für Security\-Auskünfte für Kunden oder Audit\-Themen * Aufgaben übernehmen wie Technische Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Security\-Architekturen für kritische Infrastrukturen, Security\-Engineering‑Lösungen und Leitlinien (z. B. nach OWASP) * Mithelfen beim Aufbau des Informationssicherheits\-Managementsystems wie Technische Massnahmen (TOM) * Fachliche Weiterentwicklung von SIEM/XDR aus technischer Perspektive und technischen Security\-Standards und \-Best\-Practices * führen einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit Security Operations (Abstimmung Governance ↔ Technik) und Systemtechnik und Operations * unterstützen und beraten bei komplexen Kunden‑ und internen Projekten mit Security\-Bezug * mithelfen bei der Erstellung von Anforderungskatalogen im Bereich Security * implementieren und überwachen von Governance\- und IT\-Sicherheitsrichtlinien intern und extern * Wirkung in der Organisation

  • Technische Security ist professionell, konsistent und skalierbar verankert
  • Security Engineering ergänzt Operations optimal
  • Organisation ist langfristig vorbereitet auf steigende regulatorische Anforderungen
  • Trends und Service\-bedürfnis orientierte Kunden\- und Verbandsvorgaben
  • Klare Trennung und zugleich effiziente Verzahnung von Security Ops und Security Engineering

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung in Informatik, Cyber Security oder Informationssicherheit beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Security Operations, Security Engineering oder Informationssicherheit
  • Kenntnisse in SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management und Incident Response
  • Verständnis für Standards wie ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls oder den IKT\-Minimalstandard
  • Analytische, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist ein Macher und willst den Aufbau antreiben und die Cyber Security vorwärtsbringen
