The posting

L'Etat-major nouvellement créé de la SSR est chargé, en collaboration avec les directions régionales et les domaines nationaux, de la gestion uniforme de l'ensemble des tâches d'état-major de la SSR. Cela comprend les processus de conduite de la SSR, le développement de l'entreprise, l'optimisation des processus, les questions juridiques et la gestion des partenaires de la SSR.

Votre mission ####

Au sein de l'équipe Organisation & Processus, vos tâches seront les suivantes :

  • développement, initialisation et accompagnement de modèles d'organisation tournés vers l'avenir, en mettant l'accent sur la structure (design d'organisation),
  • élaboration et gestion de rôles et d'organigrammes partiels à l'échelle de l'entreprise,
  • analyse et priorisation des besoins de changement organisationnel; optimisation continue des structures d'organisation et d'organes,
  • conseil aux personnes ayant une fonction de conduite pour les questions d'organisation; accompagnement de projets stratégiques,
  • participation à l'implémentation et au développement de la gestion de l'organisation à l'échelle de l'entreprise.

Votre profil ####

  • Diplôme HES assorti d'une expérience avérée dans le domaine du développement organisationnel
  • Solides connaissances techniques de la gestion organisationnelle
  • Connaissance des sujets liés à la gestion des processus d'entreprise
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, niveau B2 minimum
  • Sens de la communication, force de persuasion et personnalité convaincante
  • Capacités analytiques et conceptuelles; méthode de travail très autonome, structurée et fiable
