Pour une grande organisation basée en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un développeur Oracle eBusiness Suite (OeBS) senior. Vous renforcerez l'équipe sur les projets en cours et sur la maintenance évolutive des applications OeBS.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe d'une dizaine de professionnels : chefs de projet, gestionnaires de service et développeurs. Votre mission principale sera de concevoir et développer des solutions à partir de spécifications fonctionnelles, en tirant le meilleur parti des fonctionnalités standard du progiciel. Votre expertise permettra de livrer des solutions bien intégrées au standard et conformes aux exigences de qualité.

Responsabilités : ------------------

* Réaliser l'analyse technique à partir des spécifications fonctionnelles, identifier les solutions possibles et les risques techniques, puis recommander et justifier la solution retenue

* Développer dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité, et préparer puis exécuter les tests unitaires et de charge

* Rendre compte régulièrement au chef de projet ou au gestionnaire de service de l'avancement, du reste à faire et des risques techniques

* Assurer le support des applications financières, de la prise en charge des incidents jusqu'au déploiement des correctifs, en communiquant de manière adaptée avec les différents interlocuteurs

* Appliquer les standards de conception, de développement, de tests et de sécurité en vigueur, et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques

* Maintenir à jour la documentation technique

Ce que nous recherchons : -------------------------

Formation et compétences clés

* Diplôme HES, licence en informatique, diplôme d'ingénieur EPF ou diplôme fédéral

* Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en développement sur Oracle eBusiness Suite, idéalement en version R12

* Expertise en SQL et PL/SQL, et bonne connaissance du modèle de données OeBS des modules Finances

* Bonne connaissance technique et fonctionnelle des modules OeBS GL, AP, AR, PO, PA et FA

* Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de versions (Git, SVN, etc.) et des processus d'ingénierie logicielle

Atouts

* Développement Oracle APEX, idéalement dans un contexte OeBS

* Oracle Workflow Builder, notamment les workflows du processus d'approvisionnement

* Oracle Application Framework (OAF) : pages spécifiques, extension de composants standards et mécanismes de personnalisation

* BI Publisher, ainsi qu'Oracle Forms et Reports

* Expérience de projets OeBS dans le secteur public

* Expérience du travail en environnement Agile

* Sens des responsabilités et aisance dans le contact avec les clients et les utilisateurs

* Esprit d'initiative et autonomie

* Esprit d'équipe et capacité à gérer la pression
