Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Verantwortung für die individuelle Pflegeplanung, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Fachliche Einschätzung und Begleitung von Bewohnenden mit unterschiedlichen, teilweise komplexen Pflegebedürfnissen
  • Koordination pflegerischer Massnahmen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Unterstützung des Pflegeteams und Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen Pflegedokumentation

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in der Langzeitpflege
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohnenden und einem neuen Pflegeteam
