Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams am Standort Visp und übernehmen Sie die Leitung zentraler Aufgaben in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Systemintegration und Qualifizierung für bedeutende CAPEX\-Projekte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Konfiguration von Emerson DeltaV Automatisierungslösungen, Regelungsstrategien, Schnittstellen, Visualisierungen und Alarmierungsstrukturen für standortbezogene CAPEX\-Projekte.
  • Steuerung des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus in enger, fachübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Engineering, Betrieb, Validierung, Qualitätssicherung und Projektmanagement.
  • Leitung von Systemintegrationsaktivitäten zur Anbindung von DeltaV an Prozessanlagen, SPS/PLCs, Versorgungssysteme und MES\-Plattformen.
  • Erstellung, Durchführung und Pflege GxP\-konformer Dokumentationen, einschließlich Protokollen für Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Validierung (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ).
  • Praktische Fehlersuche und Ursachenanalyse zur Behebung komplexer Automatisierungs\- und Kommunikationsprobleme.
  • Konsequente Einhaltung von GMP\-Standards, Richtlinien zur Datenintegrität sowie formaler Change\-Management\-Verfahren.
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Mentoring jüngerer Teammitglieder sowie Mitgestaltung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse im Bereich der Prozessautomatisierung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer verwandten technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konfiguration von Emerson DeltaV Systemen in einem regulierten Life\-Sciences\-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse bezüglich GxP\-Compliance, Richtlinien zur Datenintegrität sowie formaler Validierungs\- und Qualifizierungsmethoden (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ).
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche komplexer Leitsysteme und Kommunikationsschnittstellen im Rahmen der Abwicklung von CAPEX\-Projekten.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (erforderlich), verhandlungssicheres Englisch (bevorzugt).
  • Ausgeprägte technische Problemlösungskompetenz und exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten in interdisziplinären Teams.
