Vos tâches

  • Vous assistez notre Chef de Rang dans la prise en charge professionnelle d-une station dans notre restaurant gastronomique ainsi que dans le cadre de notre demi-pension de qualité.
  • Avec votre équipe, vous assurez un déroulement fluide du service et enthousiasmez nos clients par une prise en charge attentive, chaleureuse et professionnelle.
  • En collaboration avec nos sommeliers, vous conseillez nos clients dans le choix des vins parmi l-une des meilleures caves des Alpes.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la cuisine et la réception pour offrir à nos clients une expérience Chasa Montana réussie à tous points de vue.
  • Vous prenez des responsabilités dans votre domaine de travail et évoluez progressivement vers la gestion autonome de votre propre station.
  • Votre avis compte chez nous. Nous privilégions des voies de décision courtes et une communication ouverte au sein de l-équipe.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Une formation achevée dans l-hôtellerie ou la gastronomie est un atout.
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà acquis une première expérience en tant que Commis de Rang ou Demi Chef de Rang dans l-hôtellerie ou la gastronomie haut de gamme.
  • Vous aimez le service de qualité, travaillez de manière fiable et accordez de l-importance à la qualité ainsi qu-à une présentation soignée.
  • Vous êtes passionné par le vin, la gastronomie et les détails particuliers qui font un séjour de première classe.
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais et aimez communiquer avec une clientèle internationale.
  • Vous ne cherchez pas un poste anonyme, mais un environnement familial où l-esprit d-équipe, l-entraide et la reconnaissance sont vécus.
