Etablissement employant quelque 450 collaboratrices et collaborateurs afin d'assurer la scolarité spécialisée de 27 enfants et adolescents ainsi que l'accompagnement socio-éducatif et socioprofessionnel de 127 adultes présentant une déficience intellectuelle cherche dans une fonction d'éducatrice et d'éducateur,

Votre mission :

Dans le contexte d'un tout nouveau projet d'accueil spécialisé de jeunes adultes TSA en situations complexes, votre mission sera d'assurer des accompagnements au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire en microstructures de transition.

 Dans le cadre de vos fonctions vous serez amené.e.s à participer à l'accueil des bénéficiaires, mener des observations et des évaluations de compétences via des outils reconnus, développer des apprentissages, piloter et créer des projets de vie en fonction des besoins des résident.e.s tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les différents réseaux.

 

Nous souhaitons :

  • Formation de niveau CFC, ES ou HES dans le domaine socio-éducatif ou jugé équivalent ou d'ASSC avec une expérience confirmée dans l'accompagnement de personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle ou des troubles psychiques
  • Expérience et/ou intérêt à s'investir dans l'élaboration et la réalisation de projets personnalisés, axés sur une importante collaboration pluridisciplinaire, tant à l'interne de l'institution qu'avec les partenaires du réseau, notamment les équipe de la Section de Psychiatrie du Développement Mental (SPDM - CHUV)
  • Compétences en accompagnement TSA (trouble du spectre autistique) et une volonté d'apprendre et de développer ses compétences dans ce domaine
  • Disponibilité, adaptabilité, patience, empathie et un sens élevé des responsabilités
  • Attitude rassurante et calme, de la ponctualité
  • Résistance au stress lié à la gestion de crises
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels
  • Bonne maîtrise du français écrit et oral
  • Une certaine flexibilité horaire
  • Permis de conduire
  • Casier judiciaire vierge
