Etablissement employant quelque 450 collaboratrices et collaborateurs afin d'assurer la scolarité spécialisée de 27 enfants et adolescents ainsi que l'accompagnement socioéducatif et socioprofessionnel de 127 adultes présentant une déficience intellectuelle cherche

 

Des enseignant.e.s spécialisé.e.s entre 30% et 100%

 

Votre mission :

  • Dispenser un enseignement spécialisé en collaboration avec un.une éducateur.trice
  • S'impliquer activement dans des duos pédagogiques interprofessionnels porteurs pour les classes
  • Faire preuve de différenciation (adapter les contenus pédagogiques aux besoins éducatifs particuliers des élèves, à leur rythme et à leurs difficultés), mettre en place et suivre les projets pédagogiques individualisés
  • Accompagner la transition mineurs-majeurs en soutenant les élèves dans l'orientation et la préparation de leur avenir professionnel et éducatif après la fin de leur scolarité
  • Créer un environnement favorable aux apprentissages scolaires
  • Soutenir les compétences relationnelles dans la dynamique de classe
  • Etre porteur.euse d'une ligne pédagogique créative et vivante, faire preuve d'initiatives
  • S'engager dans la dynamique de l'école en prenant des responsabilités déléguées

 

Nous souhaitons :

  • Un Master en enseignement spécialisé ou en cours de formation ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Une connaissance et expérience de quelques années auprès d'enfants et/ou adolescent.e.s présentant une déficience intellectuelle, un intérêt pour l'autisme et les comportements défis
  • Des compétences en gestion de crise sont vivement souhaitées
  • Un intérêt pour les pédagogies actives et différenciées (TEACCH, ABA)
  • Une bonne organisation, une capacité à répondre aux besoins des enfants afin de créer un cadre bienveillant
  • Un engagement pour le travail interdisciplinaire avec l'équipe éducative et thérapeutique
  • Du dynamisme, de la flexibilité, de la créativité
  • Une maîtrise des outils informatiques, du français oral et écrit
  • La connaissance d'un instrument de musique et/ou du chant serait un atout
  • Le brevet de sauvetage pool plus serait un atout
  • Un casier judiciaire vierge
