Du bist Teil von interdisziplinären Entwicklungs\- und Projektteams in unterschiedlichen Zusammensetzungen. Als engagierte und innovative Persönlichkeit entwickelst du mit uns hervorragende Produkte.

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion: Du hast die Designverantwortung von kundenspezifischen Projekten und erarbeitest dabei Lösungsvorschläge von zu entwickelnden Baugruppen und Einzelteilen. Die Verantwortung des Bauraum\- und Schnittstellen\-Managements liegt ebenfalls bei dir
  • Projektmanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der definierten Meilensteine und Kosten, Einhaltung der Richtlinien seitens der Kunden, sowie das Bauraum\-, Schnittstellen\-, und Zielkosten\-Management und führst dabei fachlich die projektbezogen zugeteilten Konstrukteure
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kunden und internen Abteilungen wie Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung, Service und mit externen Lieferanten zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte zu garantieren

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • Ausbildung: Technische Grundausbildung und erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieur ETH/FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Systemtechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurwissenschaft.
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach dem Studium in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion sowie im technischen Projektmanagement, Erfahrung im Fahrzeugbau von Vorteil, Fachliche Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in 3D CAD\-Systemen (Siemens NX von Vorteil). Kenntnisse mit PLM und ERP\-Systemen ( SAP, Team Center) von Vorteil
  • Soft Skills: Leidenschaft für die Produktentwicklung, ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie gute Teamfähigkeit
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wohnort in der Schweiz, in der Region Winterthur/Thurgau
