The posting

PROFA, Fondation reconnue d’utilité publique par l’Etat de Vaud, propose des espaces de parole dans le domaine de l’intimité sur tout le territoire du canton.

Le Centre de consultation LAVI apporte écoute, soutien et appui aux victimes d’infractions dans les domaines juridiques, psychologiques ainsi que pour les différentes démarches administratives.

Nous souhaitons engager, pour le Centre LAVI de Lausanne, des collaborateurs et collaboratrices dans le cadre de contrats à durée déterminée de 6 mois, avec possibilité d’évolution vers un contrat à durée indéterminée :

Deux secrétaires social·e·s entre 80% et 100% en CDD

Missions générales du poste

  • Gérer les tâches administratives en lien avec les aides financières
  • Appliquer les règles administratives établis par l’Etat de Vaud
  • Assurer le traitement et le suivi des paiements liés aux prestations accordées
  • Accueillir la clientèle et assurer la permanence téléphonique
  • Assurer le secrétariat du Centre LAVI
  • Apporter un support administratif aux intervenant·e·s LAVI

Formations et compétences requises

  • CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans un milieu social
  • Bonnes connaissances des assurances sociales, notamment la LAMAL
  • Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration
  • Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à prendre de la distance émotionnelle
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels

Nos conditions

  • Contrat à durée déterminée CDD de 6 mois, possiblement renouvelable ou transformable en CDI
  • Salaire : classes 14\-16 CCT San VD si conditions remplies
  • Engagement à obtenir le certificat en assurances sociales dans un délai de deux ans suivant l’entrée en fonction
  • Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir
  • Lieu de travail : Lausanne
  • L’extrait standard et l’extrait spécial du casier judiciaire seront demandés durant le processus de recrutement.
