Täglich sind rund 200'000 Fahrgäste mit der BLS unterwegs. Damit sie von der Abfahrt bis zur Ankunft jederzeit die richtigen Informationen erhalten, braucht es eine moderne und zuverlässige Fahrgastinformation in unseren Zügen. Du verbindest die Technologie mit Wirkung, entwickelst diese weiter und gestaltest die digitale Zukunft der Mobilität aktiv mit. ###

Das wartet auf dich:

  • Die Softwarelösung für die Fahrgastinformation in den Zügen weiterentwickeln, neue Funktionen und Schnittstellen umsetzen und deren zuverlässigen Betrieb sicherstellen
  • Die CI/CD-Pipeline pflegen sowie Build-, Test-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse automatisieren und kontinuierlich optimieren
  • Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support analysieren und beheben sowie gemeinsam mit internen und externen Fachteams nachhaltige Verbesserungen erarbeiten und umsetzen
  • Releases, Wartungsarbeiten und technische Changes planen, begleiten und koordinieren sowie die System- und Betriebsdokumentation pflegen
  • Neue fachliche und technische Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Produktverantwortlichen, Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und weiteren IT-Teams erarbeiten und umsetzen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie im Betrieb produktiver Anwendungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Java sowie Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Container-Plattformen und modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen, idealerweise OpenShift und GitLab
  • Fundierte Praxis im Applikations-Management sowie in der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in komplexen Systemlandschaften 
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
