Digital Workplace Technologies Leader / IT Services Manager (m/w/d) ===================================================================

Als Digital Workplace Technologies Leader / IT Services Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du ein hochwertiges Digital\-Workplace\-Erlebnis für Mitarbeitende in der Schweiz, führst das durch externe Dienstleister betriebene Onsite\-Support\-Team inklusive IT Lounge und stellst den Betrieb moderner, sicherer sowie zuverlässiger Arbeitsplatztechnologien sicher. Parallel dazu koordinierst du die lokale Bereitstellung zentral verwalteter Workplace‑Services, wie z. B. Service Desk, Geräte‑Lifecycle‑Services, Kollaborationsplattformen, mobile Services und Drucklösungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Country DTPS Director und den zentralen Teams stellst du die Einhaltung globaler Standards sowie eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Workplace Experience sicher.

DEINE NEUEN AUFGABEN

  • Du führst und entwickelst das durch externe Dienstleister betriebene Digital Workplace Technologies Team und förderst eine starke Service\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Du bist der zentrale IT\-Ansprechpartner für das lokale Business rund um Workplace\-Technologien und Employee Experience
  • Du stimmst lokale Prioritäten eng mit dem Country DTPS Director und zentralen Teams ab und sorgst für die Umsetzung der globalen IT\-Strategie
  • Du stellst die reibungslose Bereitstellung und Nutzung zentraler Workplace\-Services sicher wie z.B. Service Desk, Geräte‑Lifecycle‑Services, Kollaborationsplattformen, mobile Services und Drucklösungen
  • Du verantwortest die Einhaltung von IT\-Service\-Management\-Prozessen (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) sowie von Cybersecurity\-, DSGVO\- und Audit\-Anforderungen
  • Du setzt Digital\-Workplace\-Projekte und Technologie\-Rollouts gemeinsam mit zentralen Teams um
  • Du identifizierst und realisierst Optimierungspotenziale zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Verbesserung des IT\-Support\-Erlebnisses
  • Du steuerst lokale Dienstleister und stellst eine effiziente Nutzung von Ressourcen sowie die Einhaltung des IT\-Budgets (CAPEX und OPEX) sicher

SIND DAS DEINE GEHEIMEN ZUTATEN ?

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT\-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Systemsupport, Service\-Desk\-Umgebungen oder Digital\-Workplace\-Umfeld
  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit, motivierst Teams und etablierst eine ausgeprägte Service\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Workplace\-Technologien (z. B. Microsoft 365, Gerätemanagement, Netzwerke, Telefonie/Mobile Services) sowie ITSM\-Prozesse, Security\- und Compliance\-Anforderungen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen für grössere und vielfältige Nutzergruppen und arbeitest dabei strukturiert sowie projektorientiert – auch bei mehreren parallelen Initiativen
  • Du bist ein verlässlicher IT\-Partner für das Business, kommunikationsstark, mobil (Führerschein) und sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
