Sie unterstützen ein offenes, humorvolles und kreatives Team in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Fachbereiche: Orthopädie, Palliative Care und Akutgeriatrie.

Im Fachbereich Orthopädie behandeln Sie ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten unterschiedlichen Alters und mit verschiedenen Diagnosen, inklusive Schienenherstellung. Wir pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit und einen fachlichen Austausch auf Augenhöhe mit den zuweisenden Handchirurginnen und Handchirurgen \- sowohl hausintern als auch aus der Region.

Auf den interprofessionellen stationären Abteilungen Palliative Care und geriatrische Akutrehabilitation führen Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen klientenzentrierte Therapien durch und nehmen an Rapporten teil.

Das Therapieangebot der SRO im Bereich Pädiatrie wird aktuell ausgebaut. Mit entsprechender Arbeitserfahrung in diesem Fachgebiet besteht für Sie die Möglichkeit, auch seitens der Ergotherapie ein pädiatrisches Angebot zu etablieren.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abschluss als dipl. Ergotherapeut/in BSc (SRK\-Anerkennung)
  • Sie sind teamfähig, flexibel, offen und haben Humor.
  • Sowohl das selbstständige Arbeiten als auch die Zusammenarbeit im Team und im interprofessionellen stationären Umfeld bereiten Ihnen Freude.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Im Umgang mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Mitarbeitenden zeigen Sie eine aufmerksame, wertschätzende und empathische Haltung.
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen sowie Ideen und Visionen zur Weiterentwicklung der Ergotherapie SRO ergänzen Ihr Profil.
