Das Spitalzentrum Biel ist das öffentliche Zentrumsspital der zweisprachigen Region Biel\-Seeland\- Jura (Schweiz). Es bietet der gesamten Bevölkerung eine umfassende Versorgung in allen Fachgebieten der modernen Medizin. Jedes Jahr schenken uns über 150'000 Patientinnen und Patienten ihr Vertrauen. Im Spitalzentrum Biel finden rund 2'200 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in über 40 verschiedenen Berufen eine attraktive Aufgabe.

Ihre Aufgaben – unsere Stelle

  • Selbständige Anästhesieführung in Delegation durch den verantwortlichen Facharzt
  • Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei allen ambulant gängigen Regional\- und Allgemeinanästhesieverfahren
  • Anwendung aktueller, elektronischer Dokumentationssysteme (Medlinq, KISIM)
  • Effektiver Einsatz moderner Medikamente und Techniken
  • Gute Kommunikation an alle Schnittstellen im OP\-Bereich
  • Fachübergreifende Unterstützung des Teams bei interdisziplinären Tätigkeiten
  • Bedürfnisse der Patientinnen und Patienten erkennen und fachkompetent umsetzen

Ihre Fähigkeiten – unsere Anforderungen

  • Diplom als Expertin/Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS/HF
  • Fundierte, langjährige Erfahrung in Anästhesie, günstigenfalls im ambulanten «Setting»
  • Sehr selbständiges Arbeiten mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum, ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohen Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie prozessorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Handeln
  • Kommunikation in Deutsch oder ösisch (Wort und Schrift) mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache
