La base de notre collaboration de confiance et proche est l-esprit familial que nous entretenons en plus de nos patientes et patients. Pour notre unité certifiée de soins intensifs/IMCU avec 6 lits IPS et 6 lits IMC, incluant 3-4 places de ventilation, nous avons besoin de ton soutien.

TES TÂCHES

  • En tant qu-expert(e), tu assumes des soins et un accompagnement professionnels, adaptés aux patients, dans des situations hautement complexes
  • Ton domaine d-activité comprend les disciplines spécialisées exigeantes de notre clinique, y compris la chirurgie thoracique, neurochirurgie, viscérale et vasculaire, urologie, gynécologie et cardiologie, y compris les interventions par cathéter
  • En tant que chef(fe) de service, tu prends la responsabilité de l-organisation quotidienne
  • L-utilisation de divers appareils médicaux fait partie de tes tâches, tout comme la saisie des prestations et la documentation des patients
  • Tu es également responsable de l-accompagnement et du soutien des proches

  • Formation continue en tant qu-expert(e) en soins intensifs ou formation spécialisée équivalente en soins intensifs
  • Les personnes en reconversion sont également les bienvenues !
  • Personnalité fiable, flexible et compétente avec une grande compétence sociale et une forte initiative personnelle, qui garde le sourire même en période de stress
  • Esprit interdisciplinaire et ouverture aux nouveautés
  • Méthode de travail consciencieuse, soigneuse et professionnelle
