Das Milieu der Station ist auf das Auffangen und Kompensieren von Krisen im Rahmen psychiatrischer Erkrankungen sowie auf die Diagnostik und Behandlung schwerer kognitiver und somatischer Beeinträchtigungen ausgerichtet. Dazu gehört auch die intensive psychiatrische Behandlung bei Selbst\- und Fremdgefährdung.

Akutstation G1, Schwerpunkt Alterspsychiatrie

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit akuten psychischen Erkrankungen sowie schweren kognitiven und somatischen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Unterstützung der Patientinnen und Patienten bei der Übernahme von Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens, einschliesslich der Körperpflege
  • Umsetzung der im Behandlungsplan festgelegten pflegerischen und milieutherapeutischen Massnahmen unter Anwendung evidenzbasierter Methoden
  • Mitarbeit und Verantwortungsübernahme in interprofessionellen Teams zur Weiterentwicklung von Pflege\- und Behandlungskonzepten sowie zur Mitgestaltung neuer stationsspezifischer Konzepte

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes, vom SRK anerkanntes Diplom als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF oder FH
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der psychiatrischen Pflege
  • Interesse und Freude an der Arbeit mit betagten Menschen mit somatischen und psychiatrischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Offene und reflektierte Haltung gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen

Die Psychiatrie Baselland (PBL) zählt zu den führenden psychiatrischen Institutionen in der Nordwestschweiz. Sie bietet umfassende ambulante, tagesklinische, aufsuchende (Home Treatment) und stationäre Therapien für Erwachsene sowie Kinder und Jugendliche. Psychisch und mehrfach beeinträchtigte Menschen unterstützt sie in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit und Tagesgestaltung ( ). Zudem hält sie eine Beteiligung an der WorkMed AG, dem Zentrum Arbeit und psychische Gesundheit. Die PBL beschäftigt an mehreren Standorten im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft rund 1'300 Mitarbeitende und behandelt, betreut und berät pro Jahr über 15'000 Patientinnen und Patienten ( ).
