VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous êtes responsable d-un accompagnement individuel et centré sur la famille des femmes en post-partum et de leurs nouveau-nés
  • Vous soutenez et conseillez les parents dans leur début en tant que famille, pour l-alimentation ainsi que les soins des nouveau-nés et favorisez la relation mère-père-enfant
  • La prise en charge des prématurés et des nouveau-nés malades dès la 35e semaine de grossesse dans notre petite unité de néonatologie fait également partie de vos tâches, ainsi que le suivi global et individuel des patientes avec des interventions gynécologiques et chirurgicales mineures
  • De plus, vous aidez à accompagner les apprentis et étudiants dans leur formation
  • Une haute qualité de soins, la sécurité et la satisfaction des clients sont des préoccupations importantes pour nous

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmière diplômée (HF/FH) ou sage-femme
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine du post-partum et/ou dans la prise en charge des nouveau-nés
  • Vous prenez plaisir à un accompagnement global ainsi qu-à des soins et conseils individuels et vous vous distinguez par une grande flexibilité
  • Grâce à votre personnalité sociable, engagée et résistante, vous êtes un atout pour notre équipe
