Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH (m,w,d) 80-100% für die Aufnahme- und Notfallstation 60+ mit Schwerpunkt Gerontopsychiatrie. In dieser Funktion begleitest du Patientinnen und Patienten mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf durch komplexe pflegerisch-therapeutische Prozesse und trägst aktiv zur Versorgungsqualität bei.

Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der pflegerischen Bezugspersonenarbeit mit Verantwortung für die individuelle Betreuung und Pflege
  • Fachgerechte Begleitung der Patientinnen und Patienten durch den pflegerisch-therapeutischen Prozess
  • Professioneller Umgang mit komplexen Situationen im Akut- und Notfallsetting
  • Mitgestaltung der Alltagsstruktur sowie Durchführung medizinisch-technischer Verordnungen
  • Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation sowie mündliche und schriftliche Rapportierung
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF / FH (SRK-Anerkennung oder positiver SRK-PreCheck erforderlich)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder Psychiatrie, idealerweise in der Gerontopsychiatrie, oder hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Interesse an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Umfeld der Psychiatrie
  • Belastbare, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit kooperativer Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1)
  • Sichere EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse für administrative Tätigkeiten
