Im ambulanten Bereich des Medizinbereichs Kinder und Jugendliche betreut ein interprofessionelles Team der Kinder-Pneumologie Kinder und Jugendliche mit chronischen Atemwegserkrankungen sowie deren Familien. Dazu gehören Patient:innen mit Cystischer Fibrose (CF), Primärer Ciliärer Dyskinesie (PCD) und Kinder und Jugendliche mit komplexen Atemwegen (KAW) und anderen Grunderkrankungen.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Pflegerische Betreuung in der ambulanten Sprechstunde * Beratung von Patient:innen und Familien in komplexen Behandlungssituationen * Enge Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Berufserfahrung * Erfahrung mit beatmeten Patient:innen von Vorteil * Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative * Ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenzen und Belastbarkeit * Mündliche Französischkenntnisse wünschenswert
