VOS TÂCHES

  • Vous accompagnez, encouragez et soutenez nos apprentis et étudiants dans le quotidien des soins et participez activement à leur formation
  • Vous prenez en charge les soins professionnels ainsi que les soins et l-accompagnement orientés vers les besoins et les clients de nos patientes et patients
  • Vous appliquez les prescriptions médicales et participez aux mesures préventives, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques
  • Vous assumez la responsabilité dans la prise de décision clinique et initiez de manière autonome les mesures nécessaires

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Formation achevée en tant qu-infirmière diplômée HF / FH / DN II / AKP
  • Intérêt pour la formation professionnelle et volonté de suivre le cours de formateur professionnel (si non encore obtenu)
  • Joie de transmettre des connaissances et d-accompagner les jeunes dans leur développement
  • Vous êtes compétent(e) sur le plan professionnel, socialement compétent(e) et aimez assumer des responsabilités au sein de l-équipe interdisciplinaire de soins
  • Votre nature ouverte, fiable et orientée vers le travail en équipe vous caractérise
  • La communication sur un pied d-égalité est pour vous une évidence
