  • Mise en œuvre de la mission soignante dans le processus de soins
  • Organisation des soins de référence individuels pour les patientes
  • Engagement dans le contexte de traitement psychiatrique spécifique aux femmes
  • Participation à l'élaboration des étapes de traitement dans le cadre de la stratégie thérapeutique
  • Responsabilité du travail milieu au sein du service
  • Direction des groupes soignants
  • Soutien à la mission de formation des apprentis
  • Accompagnement des apprentis et étudiants dans le quotidien des soins
