DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Dialysebehandlungen in der Dialyseabteilung
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität sowie interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen
  • Sorgfältige, lückenlose und nachvollziehbare Führung der Pflegedokumentation (TDMS)
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und der Pflegequalität innerhalb der Abteilung

DEINE ARBEITSZEITEN

  • 60% Pensum mit festen Arbeitstagen am Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag
  • Keine Pikett-, Wochenend- oder Nachtdienste

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF mit Spezialisierung in der Dialyse oder Bereitschaft diese Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • Teamfähige, verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patient:innen
  • Gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse und Verständigung in der jeweils anderen Sprache
