Das neue Tertianum Usego-Park in Olten eröffnete am 1. April 2024. Mit seinen 60 Pflegebetten und 24 Wohnungen bietet es Menschen im 4. Lebensabschnitt ein behagliches Zuhause. Das Tertianum Usego-Park liegt zentral und ist mit einer Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus ideal an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden.

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 50-100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Sinne des Leitbildes und des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ausführen von behandlungspflegerischen Verrichtungen nach fachlicher Kompetenz und gemäss Pflegeprozessplanung
  • Planung und Begleitung von Arztvisiten
  • Elektronische Pflegedokumentation mittels CareCoach
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben als Bezugsperson
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Leitung von Fallbesprechungen und Pflegerapporten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/DNII oder eine gleichwertig, durch den SRK anerkannte Ausbildung
  • RAI-Kenntnisse erwünscht
  • Sichere Kommunikation in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung
  • Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
