Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für unsere chirurgische Bettenabteilung eine Pensum flexibel wählbar (50\-100%) Kompetente Pflege und Betreuung: Sie pflegen und betreuen in der Bezugspflege unsere Patient\innen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam. Ihre Expertise sorgt dafür, dass unsere Patient\innen die bestmögliche Pflege erhalten. Verantwortung übernehmen: Für Ihre zugeteilten Patient\*innen tragen Sie die Verantwortung und steuern den gesamten Pflegeprozess – von der ersten Anamnese bis zur Nachsorge. Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten aktiv mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und führen fachkompetente Absprachen, um eine ganzheitliche und effiziente Behandlung sicherzustellen. Praktische Ausbildung mitgestalten: Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle in der praktischen Ausbildung von Studierenden und Lernenden Pflege und tragen so zur Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeberufs bei. Ihr Profil: Sie haben eine abgeschlossene und in der Schweiz anerkannte Pflegeausbildung auf Tertiärniveau (HF / FH) und bringen bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital in der Schweiz mit. Sie haben die Bereitschaft, die Pflegediagnostik praktisch anzuwenden, insbesondere mit Hilfe der elektronischen Patientendokumentation. Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Engagement und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie aus – Sie sind stets bereit, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen und gemeinsam mit dem Team Lösungen zu finden. Ihre guten Organisations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten machen Sie zu einer wertvollen Unterstützung im Arbeitsalltag.
