Ob Pflege, Physiotherapie, Psychiatrie oder Hauswirtschaft - Gegen 100 Mitarbeitende und 9 Auszubildende stellen mit viel persönlichem Engagement, Freude und Kompetenz eine qualitativ hochwertige und bedarfsgerechte Versorgung der Seetaler Bevölkerung sicher. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Psychiatrie-Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung dich, als

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, Fachbereich Psychiatrie, 60 - 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Klientinnen und Klienten mit allen Krankheitsbildern in den unterschiedlichen und vielschichtigen Situationen des ambulanten psychiatrischen Bereichs professionell und verantwortungsvoll.
  • Als fallführende Pflegefachperson übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Schritte im Pflegeprozess der Klientinnen und Klienten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den involvierten Diensten wie psychiatrische Kliniken, Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Sozialbehörden usw. zusammen.
  • Du hilfst mit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Psychiatrie innerhalb unserer Spitex-Organisation sowie beim Aufbau der Vernetzung innerhalb der regionalen Non-Profit-Spitex-Organisationen im Fachbereich Psychiatrie. 

 

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, Fachbereich Psychiatrie.
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten oder stationären psychiatrischen Pflege und erfüllst die gesetzlichen Vorschriften, um selbständig Bedarfsabklärungen vorzunehmen.
  • Du bist eine reflektierte, aufgeschlossene und flexible Persönlichkeit und weist eine hohe Fachkompetenz auf. 
  • Du hast eine vorausschauende und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen die Übersicht.
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kategorie B.
