* Professionelle und selbstständige Pflege und Betreuung von Patient:innen im Akutbereich

* Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen und patientenorientierten Pflege

* Durchführung und Überwachung von pflegerischen und medizinischen Massnahmen

* Verantwortungsvolle Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses

* Verabreichung und Kontrolle von Medikamenten und Therapien

* Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Pflegefachpersonen und weiteren Fachbereichen

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege\- und Betreuungsqualität

* Unterstützung und Begleitung von Lernenden und Studierenden, sofern vorgesehen

Anforderungsprofil ------------------

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder FH

* Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege von Vorteil

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit mit Patient:innen

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für unterschiedliche Dienste

* Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* Gute PC\- und EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
