Stellenbeschreibung -------------------

* Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit schwerem Autismus und herausforderndem Verhalten

* Professioneller Umgang mit Selbst\- und Fremdverletzungsverhalten

* Durchführung von Pflege, Medikation und Therapien

* Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

Anforderungsprofil ------------------

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder FH.

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit schwer autistischen Menschen und herausforderndem von Vorteil.

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Selbst\- und Fremdverletzungsverhalten

* Belastbarkeit und Sicherheit in Krisensituationen

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft für lange Arbeitstage und Wochenenddienste

* Führerausweis und eigenes Auto erforderlich (Arbeitsort in Berglage, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur eingeschränkt erreichbar)
