Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, DN II, AKP oder eine anerkannte gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und wertschätzender Umgang mit betagten Menschen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

Aufgaben ##

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Mitverantwortung für eine hohe Pflegequalität und einen professionellen Pflegeprozess
  • Sicheres Handeln und Entscheiden auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Elektronische Pflegedokumentation und Leistungserfassung
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Bei Interesse Mitwirkung in der Begleitung von Lernenden
