Sie verfügen über pflegerische Berufserfahrung und interessieren sich für die Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen? Dann bietet sich Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre bisherigen Fachkenntnisse in einem neuen und spannenden Tätigkeitsfeld einzubringen. Auch Pflegefachpersonen aus der Somatik sind herzlich willkommen ? psychiatrische Berufserfahrung ist keine Voraussetzung.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Interesse am psychiatrischen Fachgebiet und Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicherheit in der Einschätzung unterschiedlicher Pflegesituationen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, die Einsätze mit dem Velo zu leisten

Aufgaben ##

  • Selbstständige Pflege, Beratung und Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in ihrem gewohnten Umfeld
  • Einschätzung des individuellen Pflege- und Unterstützungsbedarfs
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation geeigneter pflegerischer Massnahmen
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung alltäglicher Herausforderungen
  • Begleitung von Menschen in unterschiedlichen und teilweise anspruchsvollen Lebenssituationen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie verschiedenen internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflegedokumentation
