**Das erwartet Sie**

* Fachgerechte und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten * Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess sowie die Pflegedokumentation und Leistungserfassung * Ausführen ärztlicher Verordnungen im diagnostischen und therapeutischen Bereich * Begleitung, Anleitung und Beurteilung von Lernenden und Studierenden * Gestaltung von Lernsituationen und Mitwirkung an einer wertschätzenden Ausbildungskultur

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, zum Beispiel DN2 * Berufsbildnerkurs abgeschlossen oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben * Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden und Studierenden * Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und hohe Sozialkompetenz * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Berufserfahrung, im Akutbereich erwünscht
