Für eine familiär geprägte Institution der Langzeitpflege in der Region Basel suchen wir eine diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF. Im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit steht die professionelle und individuelle Begleitung älterer Menschen, darunter auch Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit demenziellen Erkrankungen. Sie erwartet ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet mit fachlicher Verantwortung und der Möglichkeit, den Pflegealltag aktiv mitzugestalten. Ein engagiertes Team, kurze Entscheidungswege sowie zeitgemässe Arbeitsbedingungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten runden die Position ab.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz von Vorteil
  • Sicherheit in der Organisation und Koordination von Pflegesituationen
  • Bereitschaft, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Wertschätzende und empathische Haltung gegenüber älteren Menschen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben ##

  • Ganzheitliche und bedürfnisorientierte Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung und Koordination des Pflegealltags
  • Steuerung und fachliche Begleitung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Einschätzung von Pflegesituationen und Planung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflegebedarfserfassung mit RAI
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und fachgerechten elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Begleitung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern mit demenziellen Erkrankungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Begleitung und Ausbildung von Lernenden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren beteiligten Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
