Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF – Wundexpert/in | Spitex | Temporär & Festanstellung

Für unsere Kunden im Spitex-Bereich in der Region Winterthur und Zürich suchen wir engagierte und erfahrene Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF mit Weiterbildung bzw. fundierter Erfahrung im Bereich Wundmanagement/Wundpflege. Es bestehen Möglichkeiten für temporäre Einsätze sowie Festanstellungen.

Deine Aufgaben: Du betreust und pflegst Klientinnen und Klienten selbstständig in ihrem gewohnten Zuhause und übernimmst die fachgerechte Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation der Pflege.

Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt im professionellen Wundmanagement. Du beurteilst akute und chronische Wunden, planst geeignete Behandlungsmassnahmen, führst Wundversorgungen durch und dokumentierst den Heilungsverlauf sorgfältig. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Angehörigen sowie weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen.

Das bringst du mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung • Weiterbildung als Wundexpert/in oder fundierte Berufserfahrung im Wundmanagement • Erfahrung in der Spitex bzw. ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil • Kenntnisse im Perigon-System sind von Vorteil • Führerschein Kategorie B • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Freude an der individuellen Betreuung von Klientinnen und Klienten • Gute Deutschkenntnisse • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
