Einleitung

Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir eine motivierte Pflegefachperson, die aktiv beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung einer Spitex mitwirken möchte. Die Spitex begleitet und unterstützt pflegende Angehörige, baut gleichzeitig das reguläre Betreuungsangebot aus und legt grossen Wert auf gut organisierte Abläufe. Bei unserem Kunden arbeitest du von Montag bis Freitag zu geregelten Bürozeiten - ideal für eine gesunde Work-Life-Balance.

Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
  • Verantwortung in der Pflegeplanung und -durchführung
  • Begleitung und Coaching pflegender Angehöriger
  • Gestaltung digitaler Prozesse und moderner Strukturen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung und Einbindung in Entscheidungen
  • Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung des Pensums und der Verantwortung
  • Ein Umfeld, in dem Engagement und Ideen wirklich zählen

Profil

  • Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, bei ausländischen Diplomen mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Freude an Verantwortung und aktiver Mitgestaltung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen
  • Motivation, in einer Aufbauphase mitzuwirken - echtes Start-Up-Feeling!
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Flexibilität und Initiative
