Stellenbeschreibung -------------------

  • Kompetente und individuelle Pflege unserer elektiv eintretenden Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss den Standards unseres Belegarztsystems
  • Selbstständige Umsetzung der verordneten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen
  • Korrekte Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausbildung Auszubildenden HF/FH, in Berufsbildner Funktion
  • Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung und Sicherung der optimalen Pflegequalität

Qualifikationen ---------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte/r Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF oder gleichwertig
  • Erfahrung in der Funktion des Berufsbildners
  • Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise auf dem Gebiet Chirurgie/Orthopädie
  • Hohe Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz und ein professionelles Pflegeverständnis
  • Belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations\- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, hohe Kundenorientierung und Wertschätzung einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Bereitschaft, Neuerungen mitzutragen und sich beruflich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Sehr gute EDV\-Kenntnisse
