Clarunis Universitäres Bauchzentrum Basel ist das gemeinsame Kompetenzzentrum des Claraspitals und des Universitätsspitals Basel für alle Patienten, die auf eine Behandlung im Bauchbereich angewiesen sind. Clarunis vereint das Fachwissen, die Forschungstätigkeit und die Zahl der behandelten Patienten beider Spitäler, um die Qualität der Diagnose und der Behandlung noch weiter zu steigern und zu verbessern.

Für Clarunis Universitäres Bauchzentrum Basel suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für die beiden Standorte Campus City und Campus eine/n

Dipl. Pflegefachperson Wund\- und Stomatherapie 70 % ====================================================

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Sie betreuen und beraten Patientinnen und Patienten im ambulanten und stationären Umfeld und beziehen die Angehörigen mit ein
  • Sie führen die Wundpflege sicher, selbständig und in Absprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt durch
  • Sie organisieren Ihren eigenen Arbeitsbereich selbstständig und arbeiten mit einem Team zusammen
  • Sie arbeiten mit anderen Berufsgruppen in der Pflege und interprofessionell zusammen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF und haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Akutspital
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung als dipl. Wundexpertin oder sind zertifizierte Wundmanagerin, oder eine Weiterbildung als Stomatherapeutin
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Stoma Pflege sowie in der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Sie besitzen eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sind dienstleistungsorientiert und pflegen eine empathische Beziehung zu den Ihnen anvertrauten Patientinnen und Patienten sowie zu deren Angehörigen
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind verantwortungsbewusst und sind bereit, nach hohen Qualitätsansprüchen zu arbeiten (SanaCert)
