Physiotherapeut:in (80 %)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Behandlung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Erstellung individueller Therapie- und Trainingskonzepte
  • Aktive Begleitung im Rehabilitations- und Trainingsprozess
  •  Arbeiten im gesamten Spektrum der Physiotherapie, inklusive manualtherapeutischer Techniken bei Bedarf
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung von Domizilbehandlungen
  • Sorgfältige und digitale Dokumentation
  • Mitgestaltung eines positiven, professionellen Praxisalltags

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in (BSc oder gleichwertig)
  • SRK-Anerkennung oder PreCheck angefangen (für Abschlüsse aus dem Ausland zwingend)
  • Freude an aktiver Physiotherapie und medizinischem Training
  • Interesse an manualtherapeutischem Arbeiten und Bereitschaft, diese bei Bedarf einzusetzen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätsarbeit
  • Empathischer, professioneller Umgang mit Patient:innen
  • Freude an interdisziplinärem Austausch, insbesondere mit Ärzt:innen
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Motivation
  • Freude an evidenzbasierter Physiotherapie mit aktivem und manualtherapeutischem Ansatz
  • Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Von Vorteil sind Weiterbildungen oder vertiefte Kenntnisse in Sportphysiotherapie, Motivational Interviewing und Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)
