  • Abgeschlossene Master- oder CAS-Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Teams
  • Erste Leitungserfahrung oder die klare Motivation, dich in diese Rolle weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du übernimmst fachliches Mentoring, gibst dein Wissen weiter und bleibst selbst neugierig
  • Der enge Austausch mit Ärzt:innen und anderen Fachbereichen ist für dich selbstverständlich

Neben deiner therapeutischen Tätigkeit übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung: Du bist Ansprechperson im Team, hilfst mit, interne Standards weiterzuentwickeln, und bringst dein Know-how dort ein, wo es gebraucht wird. Immer mit dem Ziel, dass alle - Team, Patienten, Betrieb - sich weiterentwickeln.
