  • Favoriser le bien-être et la santé des résidents au quotidien.
  • Planifier et évaluer les processus éducatifs en collaboration.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en travail social avec expérience ou volonté d'apprendre.
  • Capacité à établir des relations professionnelles solides.

La journée variée

  • En collaboration avec vos collègues issus des domaines agogique et soignant, vous accompagnez et soutenez des adultes présentant des déficiences cognitives et psychiques ainsi que des handicaps multiples, avec parfois des comportements défiants et de l-épilepsie. Vous établissez une relation professionnelle avec les résidents et co-construisez avec eux leur espace de vie ainsi que les structures quotidiennes et de loisirs selon leurs besoins individuels. Vous prenez en compte la CRPD.
  • Vous encouragez et soutenez les résidents dans la satisfaction de leurs besoins fondamentaux, co-organisez leur quotidien et les aidez à maintenir leur santé
  • Vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et de l-évaluation du processus agogique et collaborez avec les interlocuteurs internes, les proches, les représentants légaux ainsi que les instances externes
  • Vous soutenez les apprenants et étudiants de différentes formations professionnelles dans le domaine de la santé et du social dans le développement de leurs compétences

Vos talents variés

  • Vous êtes diplômé en travail social HF ou FH et avez de l-expérience dans le travail avec des personnes en situation de handicap ou êtes intéressé à vous former dans ce domaine
  • Vous manifestez une grande volonté d-établir une relation professionnelle avec les résidents et de défendre leurs intérêts
  • Vous disposez d-une organisation de travail orientée vers les solutions et d-une grande autonomie
  • Avec votre manière créative et transparente de communiquer, vous organisez le quotidien de manière proactive
  • La stabilité, l-organisation ainsi que le réseautage et le conseil font partie de vos forces.
  • Vous êtes passionné par l-idée d-offrir aux résidents un beau foyer qui répond à leurs besoins
