Dein Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung 
  • Abgeschlossener Berufsbildnerkurs mit entsprechendem Ausweis; eine Weiterbildung SVEB 1 ist von Vorteil 
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen, insbesondere mit Menschen mit Demenz, sowie Interesse an einer sinnstiftenden Tätigkeit in der Langzeitpflege 
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit RAI und den entsprechenden MDS-Koordinationstätigkeiten
