Unser Auftraggeber ist eine moderne Pflegeinstitution im Kanton Zug, die Menschen im Alter mit unterschiedlichen Pflege- und Betreuungsbedürfnissen begleitet. In einem professionellen Umfeld stehen die Bewohnenden mit ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen im Mittelpunkt. Besonders im Demenzbereich wird grosser Wert auf eine bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung, eine hohe Pflegequalität und einen respektvollen Umgang gelegt. Als Co-Abteilungsleiterin / Co-Abteilungsleiter einer geschützten Abteilung arbeitest du eng mit der Abteilungsleitung zusammen und gestaltest den Alltag eines rund 25-köpfigen Pflegeteams mit. Dabei verbindest du Führungsverantwortung mit deiner fachlichen Nähe zur Pflege und bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Bewohnende, Angehörige und Mitarbeitende.

  • Mitverantwortung für die Führung und Organisation einer geschützten Abteilung mit rund 23 Bewohnenden sowie Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung im Führungsalltag
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf und zentrale Ansprechperson für Bewohnende, Angehörige, Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie Mitarbeitende

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz sowie echtes Interesse an einer bewohnerorientierten Pflege
