Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz im alterspsychiatrischen Setting im Rahmen des entsprechenden Kompetenzlevels des Skill \& Grade\-Mixes
  • Gestaltung und Leitung des Pflegeprozesses in der Bezugspersonenarbeit mit den Patienten, den Angehörigen sowie internen und externen Fachpersonen
  • Durchführung von milieu\- und pflegetherapeutischen Arbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Angehörigen im Rahmen der familienzentrierten Pflege
  • Handeln in psychiatrischen und somatischen Notfallsituationen
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Veränderungsprozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie, Somatik und/oder im Altersbereich
  • Fundierte Erfahrung sowie Freude im Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz
  • Hohe Fach\-, Sozial\- und Persönlichkeitskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Veränderungsprozesse mitzutragen, sich auf Neues einzulassen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • CAS in Gerontologie oder die Bereitschaft, einen solchen zu absolvieren
  • Gute Deutsch\- und EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Bei ausländischen Diplomen ist eine SRK\-Anerkennung erforderlich
