Pour diriger notre site de Court, spécialisé dans le décolletage et comptant environ 60 collaborateurs, nous recherchons un ou une Directeur/Directrice de site industriel.

Directeur de site industriel (H/F/X) 100%

Votre mission : Rattaché au Directeur de division, vous assurez la direction du site et sa performance opérationnelle. Vous fédérez les équipes autour des objectifs exigeants de qualité, de délai et de rentabilité, afin d’accroître la performance opérationnelle tout en développant une culture de responsabilisation, de collaboration et d’amélioration continue au plus près du terrain.

Vos tâches et responsabilités principales :

\- Déployer les méthodologies d’excellence opérationnelle (amélioration continue, Lean, SMED, management visuel), mobiliser les équipes autour de leur appropriation et optimiser les rendements (TRS) tout en réduisant les rebuts ;

\- Définir, mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance, analyser les écarts et les prix de revient, proposer les budgets et conduire les plans d’action nécessaires ;

\- Superviser, planifier et coordonner les flux de fabrication ;

\- Garantir la performance, la maintenance et l’évolution technologique des équipements ;

\- Encadrer, faire grandir et responsabiliser les équipes de l’atelier ; accompagner les responsables de proximité, renforcer la polyvalence, développer les compétences.

Vos formations et compétences :

\- Formation technique supérieure ES/HES ou équivalente, dans un domaine lié à la mécanique ou à la production industrielle

\- Expérience confirmée dans la direction d’un site ou d’une unité de production industrielle, avec responsabilité directe des équipes, des résultats opérationnels et de la conduite du changement ; une expérience du décolletage, de la mécanique ou de la microtechnique constitue un atout important.

\- Aisance avec les ERP et les logiciels de suivi de production (MES).

\- Vous fédérez les équipes, favorisez le dialogue et créez un climat de confiance et équité grâce à votre écoute et à votre communication claire

\- Manager de terrain, vous fixez les priorités, prenez des décisions dans les situations exigeantes et accompagnez les équipes dans le changement
