Directeur de travaux 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Direction de chantier, coordination des entreprises, séances de chantier avec prise de PV
  • Elaboration de soumissions, comparatifs, adjudication des travaux et contrats
  • Contrôle des coûts, vérification des factures et des métrés, décomptes finaux
  • Etablissement du planning des travaux avec suivi et mise à jour
  • Contrôle et tenue du dossier d'exécution, suivi des modifications

Profil

  • Formation en direction de travaux et/ou technicien ES, avec CFC de dessinateur en bâtiment
  • Expérience confirmée dans la direction de chantiers
  • Connaissance de la loi sur les marchés publics et de ses procédures (atout)
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Messerli ou Delta
  • Sens des responsabilités, organisation et respect des objectifs de planification
