L'Association suisse des médecins-assistant(e)s et chef(fe)s de clinique (asmac) défend les intérêts professionnels, politiques et économiques des médecins-assistant(e)s et chef(fe)s de clinique en Suisse. Forte d'environ 24'000 membres, d'un secrétariat central établi à Berne et de 16 sections régionales, l'asmac est une voix importante au sein du système de santé suisse. Son engagement porte en priorité sur des conditions de travail équitables et modernes ainsi que sur une formation médicale postgraduée et continue de haute qualité. Pour la succession du directeur, en poste de longue date, nous recherchons, pour le 1er février 2027 ou à convenir, une personnalité dirigeante capable d'intégrer, de fédérer et de mener à bien les projets. Dans cette fonction clé aux multiples facettes, vous dirigez le secrétariat central, assurez la coordination entre les différents niveaux de l'association et contribuez, avec les organes de l'association, au développement de l'asmac.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Direction opérationnelle globale du secrétariat central, avec la responsabilité du personnel, de l'organisation et des finances
  • Encadrement et développement professionnel des 12 collaborateurs ainsi que promotion d'une culture de travail et de gestion ouverte et participative
  • Participation active au comité élargi ainsi qu'à d'autres organes de direction internes et externes
  • Assurer une collaboration efficace entre le secrétariat central, les organes, les sections et les partenaires externes
  • Mise en œuvre de la stratégie de l'association ainsi que gestion et accompagnement de projets clés et de processus de changement
  • Coordination des différents intérêts et élaboration de solutions viables au sein de l'association à structure fédérale

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme de niveau tertiaire en management, en droit ou dans un domaine équivalent
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience à un poste de direction dans une fonction similaire
  • Connaissance du système de santé suisse et bonne compréhension des enjeux politiques et institutionnels
  • Expérience dans le milieu associatif constitue un atout
  • Style de direction inclusive et fédératrice, qui prend plaisir à faire évoluer et à valoriser ses collaborateurs
  • Aisance dans les relations avec différents groupes d'intérêts, ainsi que de solides compétences en communication et en réseautage
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, sens de l'initiative et plaisir à concevoir et à faire évoluer les structures
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand et maîtrise courante du français
