Pour le compte d’un groupe industriel international, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur Général des Opérations pour prendre la responsabilité d’un important site industriel situé dans le Jura suisse.

Le site compte près de 500 collaborateurs et évolue dans un environnement industriel technique et international, spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de solutions et équipements industriels complexes.

Directeur Général des Opérations – Industrie (H/F/X)

Mission:

  • Piloter les opérations industrielles et garantir les objectifs de délais, qualité et coûts
  • Améliorer durablement la performance industrielle et l'OTD (On Time Delivery)
  • Superviser la production, l'industrialisation, les achats, la qualité, la supply chain, la planification et la logistique
  • Optimiser les processus dans un environnement de petites séries, produits spécifiques et fabrication complexe
  • Piloter les budgets, investissements, coûts, stocks et décisions Make\-or\-Buy
  • Développer une culture d'amélioration continue, de digitalisation et d'automatisation
  • Garantir les exigences HSE et réglementaires
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie industrielle en collaboration avec le groupe
  • Fédérer et développer les équipes autour d'une culture de performance et de responsabilité
  • Collaborer avec les fonctions commerciales et les interlocuteurs internationaux

Profil:

  • 10 ans ou plus d'expérience dans des fonctions de direction industrielle / opérations
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel technique et international
  • Expérience de production en petites séries, produits spécifiques ou Engineer\-to\-Order
  • Capacité à diriger une organisation industrielle de plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs
  • Solide culture performance, coûts, qualité et respect des délais
  • Formation supérieure technique, idéalement en mécanique ou ingénierie
  • Français et anglais courants ; l'allemand constitue un atout
  • Leadership entrepreneurial, pragmatique et orienté résultats
